Email Outage Resolved (Sept. 3rd problems)

The email outage we experienced on Wednesday this week was resolved fully early Thursday.  All mail systems are back to 100% status and everything is working properly.  If you have questions or concerns about the outage on Wednesday please contact us.

Unscheduled Maintenance

We have had to reboot our SQL server several times this morning.  This only impacts a small number of our customers, but those customers will see several 1-2 minute outages this morning.  We apologize for the inconvenience as we work to resolve this issue.

Possible temporary increase in spam

We’ve seen an increase in the spam not being quarantined by our MailFoundry appliance overnight and this morning. The appliance is up and running and looks to be fully functional, but we are checking it over.

Those clients who are utilizing our mail cleansing service see an increase in spam this morning and overnight. Our apologies for any incovenience.

MailFoundry (Anti-spam) unscheduled maintenance

We are currently performing unscheduled maintenance on our MF appliance. We do not expect this to affect any mail distribution though clients who are using the MF anti-spam service may see an increase in spam getting through at points today.

Another spam flood, slight email backlog

One of our mail servers has developed a backlog w/ the queues. The server is working to clear the queues currently. Some mail has been delayed in our queues, but no mail has been lost or rejected due to this. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Spam filtering issue

We currently have an issue with our Mailfoundry anti-spam appliance, mail is temporarily being re-routed while the issue is being resolved, the downside of this is that clients that utilise the service may see an increase in SPAM being delivered during this period.
