MailFoundry (Anti-spam) unscheduled maintenance

We are currently performing unscheduled maintenance on our MF appliance. We do not expect this to affect any mail distribution though clients who are using the MF anti-spam service may see an increase in spam getting through at points today.

Expected Outage/Downtime: 15min downtime
The purpose of this work is to perform software upgrades on the Aggregation Switch to add additional features and security improvements. During this maintenance window, you will experience one or more brief interruptions in service while we complete the maintenance activities; the interruptions are expected to last less than 15 min downtime total. However, due to the complexity of the work, your downtime may be longer.
The network operations engineers closely monitor the work and will do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to you.
Another spam flood, slight email backlog

One of our mail servers has developed a backlog w/ the queues. The server is working to clear the queues currently. Some mail has been delayed in our queues, but no mail has been lost or rejected due to this. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Spam filtering issue

We currently have an issue with our Mailfoundry anti-spam appliance, mail is temporarily being re-routed while the issue is being resolved, the downside of this is that clients that utilise the service may see an increase in SPAM being delivered during this period.

We will be rebooting our Windows servers after scheduled maintenance. The servers will go through a reboot between 9:01PM MST and 10:59:00PM MST on Thursday January 24, 2008. All services on the servers will be unavailable for several minutes during the reboot and apologies for this brief downtime.

Scheduled maintenance (apply windows updates) will occur this evening at approximately 11:30p.m. MST. Our windows servers will be rebooted, as a result all services will be unavailable for approximately 3-5 minutes.
