The support page has been updated with Live Support as well as a real-time network status monitor.

We’ve seen an increase in the spam not being quarantined by our MailFoundry appliance overnight and this morning. The appliance is up and running and looks to be fully functional, but we are checking it over.
Those clients who are utilizing our mail cleansing service see an increase in spam this morning and overnight. Our apologies for any incovenience.
